Mr. V. VIVEK ANAND is the partner
in-charge of Bank Audits in the firm. Having undergone training
with a renowned firm, M/s. D. Rangaswamy, he has participated in
performing Statutory Audits in a number of noteworthy companies
including Syndicate Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Indian Bank,
Rane, Hindustan Machine Tools and other large corporates. At
CNGSN, Mr. Vivek Anand performs 3 distinct roles namely, bank
audit, consulting work, relating to Accounting Standards and
semi-related services. In addition, Mr. Vivek Anand is
developing a very sound practice in the upcoming field of
Service Tax, where he consults with companies like Ansaldo, an
Italian major, for negotiating waivers in Service Tax. As an
aside, Mr. Vivek Anand is also actively involved in managing the
firm's Statutory Audits as well. |
