Mr. B. RAMAKRISHNAN
is a renowned tax expert in South India. With over 15 years of
post qualification experience, he has a tremendous record on the
academic front having secured ranks in both the University level
and Chartered Accountancy examinations. As regards the
profession, Mr. Ramakrishnan handles appeals in Direct Taxes up
to the Tribunal stage and representations before the Central
Board of Direct Taxes, New Delhi. He also handles search and
seizure cases, as well as representations before the Settlement
Commission. Mr. Ramakrishnan is also a well renowned expert in
the fields of taxation of Media Industry and Tax holiday related
taxation and International Taxation.
He also handles
representations before Company Law Board, Department of Company
Affairs, Foreign Investment Promotion Board and Secretariat of

Mr. Ramakrishnan
