Mr. G. CHELLA KRISHNA is a graduate from the Madras University and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India. He is also a Post Graduate in Commerce from the Annamalai University and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), a school formed by Wharton, Kellogg and London Business School (LBS). He is also an exchange student to the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Evanston, Chicago, Illinois. • Performed Due Diligence in respect of a GDS offering in excess of 40M USD, in association with Solomon Brothers.

• Provided complex Double taxation advisory services including preparation of bid documents.

• Performed complex valuation exercises including the use of real options and advanced volatility analysis.

• Performing cross-border takeover deals and obtaining regulatory clearances with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
