Mr. R. THIRUMALMARUGAN is a Master Graduate in Commerce from the Madras University and a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years experience in the profession. A partner with CNGSN, he helps facilitate the Audit and Consulting Practice in the firm. On the audit side, Mr.Thirumalmarugan handles the audit of the country's largest IT Education Provider and one of the largest garment manufacturers in the country. On the consulting side, he has also facilitated the preparation of offer documents for GDR purposes; Merrill Lynch was the lead manager. He has also handled one of the India's largest cross border acquisitions whose value was in excess of USD 40 mio. He also facilitates the administration of two very large family owned funds. Apart from the above, Mr. Thirumalmarugan also handles cases in Indirect Tax, especially Sales Tax and Entry Tax. Mr. Thirumalmarugan is also the partner in-charge of Administration in CNGSN and helps to run a very professional enterprise
